Condition: Good handmade condition, with some slightly sloppy stitching throughout, a 2" seam gap through just one layer of stitching at the front left of the waist (doesn't affect the wearability - see close-up photo), a few seam gaps along the hem which has led to a 1" frayed section at the front left hem, and a 1/4" hole through one layer of fabric on the back right of the waistband.
